Michael Owen is one of the most recognisable names in British sport. The former Ballon d'Or winner enjoyed a distinguished career with Liverpool, Real Madrid, Newcastle United and Manchester United, scoring 40 goals for England and establishing himself as one of the country's finest strikers. Since retiring from football, Owen has become heavily involved in horse racing through Manor House Stables in Cheshire. As an owner and breeder, he has enjoyed success at the highest level, most notably with Group 1 winner Brown Panther, and has become a respected figure within the sport. His passion for racing and first-hand experience of ownership make him a valuable addition to the Twelve Bars journey, and we are delighted to be working with him.
