While preparing the diffuser, I discovered that one of the pieces was actually broken. To prevent problems later in the build, I reinforced the part using small stainless steel rods and carefully repaired the connection. This extra step ensures the diffuser will remain strong even after paint, decals, and clear coat are applied. Once the repair was completed, I moved on to preparing multiple parts for primer and base paint, including the front lights, door handles, mirrors, exhaust pipes, splitters, and other small components. A large portion of this stage involves applying carbon fiber decals to parts like the diffuser, side runners, and front splitters. These decals add a very realistic appearance and save a lot of time compared to creating them from scratch. After the decals were applied and fully dried, the parts received clear coats to seal everything and improve the final finish. I also installed several metal etched parts, including grills and small details that significantly improve the realism of the model. Additional work in this video includes: Installing and detailing the exhaust system Creating a glass-like effect using clear red paint and UV resin Preparing the radiator and other internal components Assembling and detailing the front lights with multiple metal etched pieces At the end of the video, I show the finished parts and how everything is coming together before the final stage of the build.
