Exploring Ahmedabad With Actor Malhar Thakar | Tere Gully Mein Ep 44 | Curly Tales

On this episode of Tere Gully Mein, we explored some old joints in the city of Ahmedabad with a popular Gujarati actor Malhar Thakar. He took us around some of the most popular joints in the city that he frequented during his school and college life. We started with Navrang school where he studied till 10th grade & has a lot of memories in and around the area. Our next stop was Bajrang Vada Pav where we tried delicious vada pav, but Gujarat style. And trust me it is very very different from the one you get here in Mumbai. Next up was a decades old homemade ice cream parlour called Classic Derani Jethani Ice Cream which serves natural flavoured ice creams. We ended the food trail at his newly opened cafe Auroville. We also spoke about his childhood, acting career, his travels, cafe, NGO, and much more. He is also recently honored with the Best Actor award at the Gujarat State Film Awards for his exceptional performance in the movie 'Thai Jaashe'. BTW, it's his birthday today.
