Apply Oil on the dough & cover it for 15-20 mins. For Paste, take some Ghee/Oil, put All Purpose Flour in it to make a paste. Make dough balls & roll them. Apply paste on rolled dough then dust some All Purpose Flour on it. In the same way join 4 layers. then cut it into strips & fold them on fingers. Then roll them & fry them in the medium heated Oil/Ghee. Garnish the Crispy Satpura with some Powdered Sugar, Cardamom Powder & chopped Pistachios.
