Today's day trip to the hot springs was to Nanno Onsen Suisho no Yu, home to a spectacular open-air bath that can only be reached by bus. (^^)/ Getting there by bus is a bit of a hassle, but it's all the more special. The water was smooth, and the view from the open-air bath was as spectacular as the reviews had suggested. It was a wonderful bath! Gifu is famous for its breakfast menus, but I also visited Takumi Coffee Ejison, which is also ranked highly among coffee shops. When I went there...I understood why it's so famous (lol) Furthermore, when it comes to Gifu City's soul food, chilled tanuki soba is famous! I went to Sarashina, which has received rave reviews.
