Triggering LINK is actually a bug with the LINK attack mechanic. The input is basically X-X-X-Y-Y. The key is that the last 'Y' must be the Upright Finisher. If you trigger the LINK attack exactly when pressing that last 'Y', it will completely refill the cards. When you're in the Reversed state, you need to delay the last 'Y' slightly during the combo to let it switch back to the Upright Finisher. This technique is only useful against a training dummy. The chances of pulling it off in a real fight are almost non-existent
