I think she needs to know that there are a lot of indie vtubers out there who simply play games and chat with their fans. No grand debut, no lore, no big reveals. Just themselves. And honestly? That already works. And I think part of what holds her back isn't vtubing itself. It's the weight of expectations that comes with committing to anything publicly. That fear of disappointing people she mentioned isn't new. It's something she's carried for a long time. As for the Live2D, I think she could get one if she wanted to.
