We Left Our Tiny Island… and Flew Straight Into a Hurricane 🌪️

We’re a family of four from a tiny remote island in Alaska, and this is the moment we finally step into the big world. 🌍✈️ In this video, our little family begins our winter world travel journey—but not without chaos. We attempt to leave our island during a massive hurricane, with winds reaching 60 miles per hour. The turbulence was intense, the stakes were high, and getting off the island felt nearly impossible. 🌪️ Against all odds, we make it from our small island in Sandpoint, Alaska, to Anchorage, and then continue on to Spokane, where we slow down briefly to spend time with friends and family before the adventure really begins. ❤️ But this is only the beginning. Our next stop is Las Vegas, and after that, we’re heading straight for warm weather, new cultures, and a completely different way of life. 🌴☀️ If you love family travel, traveling with kids, island life, and raw, real-life adventure—make sure to subscribe and follow along.
