Abong Chigat Hidden gem in Meghalaya 🇮🇳| Chokpot Kakija| South Garo hills

Natural River Swimming pool in Chokpot Rongma Kakija which is 15 to 20 km away from the Chokpot Town in Meghalaya India. Abong Chigat is the name of this wonderful spot, Abong was one of the fore Grandfather's of Garo's society who lived in Nokrek Daribokgre. Then they fled through Bugi River valleys and settled themselves near Chokpot area.
