6.0 Power Stroke DEGAS Bottle Purging In Realtime and Coolant Pressure Gauge
#degas #powerstroke #forddiesel #coolantleak DeGas Bottle Issues are a constant problem for many 6.0 Liter FORD Power Stroke Diesel Owners. Here is a video showing the coolant in the degas bottle and a coolant pressure gauge while driving on the freeway at a constant 60 to 65 MPH. You can see the coolant going up and down inside the bottle. The coolant typically purges at 194 to 198 degrees. The engine, you can hear, is running at 2000 to 2200 RPM most of the time. You can tell by the sound what the engine is doing. I also have to turn on the Blue Wire Fan Control Switch to get more cooling.
