Online Workshop: The Geometry of Flowers

The Prince’s Foundation School of Traditional Arts is celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week, 10 – 16 May 2021. This year’s theme is Nature. Connecting with the natural world supports good mental health. Nature brings consolation in times of distress, nourishes creativity, inspires empathy and awakens our sense of wonder. Join us for a guided, meditative class exploring the geometry of flowers. During the class you will learn to draw a flower using a compass. This will be a one-hour workshop on Youtube, free for all to attend. No registration is required. To do the workshop, you will need: -a standard compass -2 to 3 sheets of A4 paper -a sharp pencil -a ruler, eraser and sharpener
