The Wall - Part 2

The wall on the upstream side of our culvert project is finished. We may have to add some more dirt or concrete to the ends, but the wall is complete. Rain was predicted for the night following our last build day, so hopefully the concrete will settle and harden over the next few days. Please leave a comment If you have ideas for how we could have improved the design. The one flaw we see is that we did not properly stagger the bags after the first 6 layers. But the rebar should hold it in place. We will probably add 15 -20 more pieces of rebar in the near future. The wooden bridge will also be expanded to 10 feet wide and very likely be filled in with concrete. Thanks for watching.
