When the Neo Geo hit arcades in 1990 I enjoyed many of its games. The variety was impressive in that initial batch and we're gonna take a look at all 10 that saw release that year(US). I used MAME to capture these games since my Consolized MVS Neo Geo is S-Video. I wanted a razor sharp image for the 4K video. 2. These games are easily obtained legitimately on modern consoles. 3. 1991 was a pretty varied year for the Neo as well. Fighting games had yet to dominate the library and we'd see some great games. 4. There was not a single store in my hometown that sold the Neo Geo AES at retail. I'd have to travel 2 hours to DC or and hour to Richmond to see one in person. 5. If the cost the Neo Geo turns you off of owning real hardware, Terraonion makes a great flash cart for it. It's pricey but plays pretty much everything.
