In 2022 the Mareeba Airport celebrates its 80th year. Hear from locals that were present as early as World War II and others that have been involved with the operation and development of the airport. Mareeba is located approximately 1hours drive inland from Cairns, Queensland, Australia. During World War II Mareeba(YMBA) was the home of RAAF and USAAF Squadrons.
