British Airways Airbus A350-1000 Hard Night Landing at Las Vegas

(4K, 2024) British Airways Airbus A350-1000 (G-XWBD) approach and hard landing on Runway 26L at Las Vegas Harry Reid Airport, Nevada, USA, operating flight BA275 from London Heathrow, in late October 2024. Skip to the landing gear down at timestamp 01:05 or the landing at timestamp 03:30. My first time on an Airbus A350-1000, and my first time heading to Las Vegas! We really touched down with a startling bang here just to wake everybody up after the almost 10-hour flight in darkness. I didn't capture as much of the approach here as I usually do because it was pitch black out the window as we approached Las Vegas over the desert. However, the lights of the The Strip soon come into view (including an amazing view of the lit-up Sphere), certainly making up for the darkness beyond the city! As we taxi off the Runway, there's a nice light trail from the queue in the sky of approaching aircraft. The hard landing and the impressive lights certainly make this one of my favourite landings of all my trips! On a side note, I love the sound of the flaps on the A350!
