AUTOMATIC BOTTLE RINSING MECHANISM

The bottles come fro the left conveyor into the slotted wheel and then pushed into the spring loaded clamps.The clamps have the rod which at one end carries the circular cam follower the contacts the stationary cam at the back of clamps.The clamps are carried by the spinning wheel which moves relative with the slotted left and right wheel.The clamps also has the follower bellow that follow the rod cam to achieve turn over bottles.The bottles onto the nozzle to be washed by the jet of water.Water On and off activated when the bottles are facing down at the beginning and e .nd of the x-y plane arc.The bottles are turned again to the initial position and the clamps release them to the right slotted wheel.The release activated by the cam which has circular/ wheel follower so the rod push to open clamps and bottle proceed to the next station. #MACHINES #MANUFACTURING #INDUSTRY
