HOW TO CROCHET: Jacket for Boys and Girls from 9 to 12 Months and in LARGER SIZES up to 5 Years Today we are going to crochet, step by step, this cute little jacket, coat, sweater, or cardigan with a hood for girls and boys from 9 to 12 months. It is crocheted with a very easy stitch of double crochet and single crochet stitches and is ideal for beginners. To crochet this cute little jacket or cardigan step by step, I used a 3mm hook and 3mm weight #3 yarn from the Sygnet brand. I used 185g in total for the 9-12 month jacket. The measurements of the finished jacket are at the end of the video. The jacket can also be made larger or smaller simply by changing to a different size hook with yarn of the same weight. It is crocheted exactly the same way as this step-by-step tutorial with the same number of chains and rows.
