Kaiju no Kami Reviews - Ultraman Tiga (1996) Series and DVD

After the failure that was Ultraman 80, Tsuburaya had put Ultraman to rest with a few international attempts here or there before bringing the franchise back to Japanese airwaves for its 30th anniversary in 1996. Like with the original show and Ultra Seven, Tiga was set in the not-too-distant future where mankind has moved on from warring with itself and ventured into space and beyond in the name of peace. It was even brought to American television, originally released by 4Kids Entertainment and aired on the Fox Box programming block.
