Today my journey in Paraguay continues: I'm taking the bus from Asunción to Villarrica, the capital of the Guairá Department and one of the country's most historic cities. The journey starts off completely smoothly. The bus is surprisingly comfortable, and after about three hours, I arrive in Villarrica. But no sooner have I arrived than my first day in the city center becomes considerably more turbulent than expected. A heavy downpour floods parts of the streets, and even the simple act of buying drinking water suddenly turns into a challenge. In the evening, something else occurs that's also part of my daily life: A severe fibromyalgia flare-up forces me to slow down. These moments are also part of traveling and living abroad for me – and that's why I share them in my videos.
