Sovereign Citizen Invokes the Constitution to Beat Felony Charges — Judge Instantly Rejects It

When a Sovereign Citizen confronted the U.S. court, he believed that the Constitution could absolve him from the serious felony charges he was facing. Presenting himself as a “living man” and claiming that the court doesn’t have jurisdiction over his case, he tried to put a stop to the hearings.
