As a requirement for the completion of the Mentorship Program, Mentees are to make a presentation reflecting all they have learnt. Conflict is inevitable — but handling it well is a skill. This presentation takes a deep dive into the nature of conflict, exploring why we often respond to it poorly and the five key conflict styles that shape our reactions. Attendees will be introduced to a practical framework for resolving conflict effectively, alongside real-world applications and key skills to build over time. Whether in personal relationships, academic settings, or the workplace, this session equips you with the tools to turn conflict into connection.
