NO BAKE Cheesecake On A Stick ______________________________ RECIPE: freezing time: 4 hours or leave overnight Base (crust): 1 1/2 packet of Oreos 4-5 packets of Graham crackers 2/3 cup of melted butter x 2 Cheesecake: 1 bar Philadelphia Cream Cheese 300ml thickening cream 1 can condensed milk Gelatin mixture (in a small saucepan, add 1/4 cup water and 2 tbsp of gelatin powder and wait for it to boil. Pour immediately into the cheesecake while mixing.) freeze for 4 hours or leave overnight Choc Cheesecake layer: just add 1/4 cup cocoa powder Topping: crushed white choc fingers crushed tim tams crushed oreos Chocolate Ganache (in a small saucepan, melt half a cup of dark chocolate and half a cup of thickening cream. Mix until everything has dissolved. Cool down before using.)
