This is a TEP-1 mechanical universal press from PRESMAK for installing buttons, eyelets, rivets, jeans buttons, button covers, and punching holes in leather and fabric. To cover buttons, you'll need a special adapter, which is often included with the press. The differences between the TEP-1 and TEP-2 presses: Made of cast iron, the TEP-1 is heavy and stable. Thread for attachments: ¼ inch Dimensions (HxWxD): 35x19x9.5 mm Drive type: Mechanical (manual) Pressure force: approximately 300 kg/cm Depth: 45 mm Working height: 65 mm But I must admit, the TEP-1 press isn't very convenient for covering buttons.
