Troubleshoot Node to node communication failure and quorum loss in Availability Group cluster

The Cluster service on this node may have stopped. This could also be due to the node having lost communication with other active nodes in the failover cluster. Always On Availability Groups connection with secondary database terminated for primary database 'test' on the availability replica 'WIN-VCTA1D3QG9I' with Replica ID: {6855c867-9107-473e-a377-07d066b7ca9f} A connection timeout has occurred on a previously established connection to availability replica 'WIN-VCTA1D3QG9I' with id [6855C867-9107-473E-A377-07D066B7CA9F].
