9 Pokémon that need evolutions ASAP!

Hello everyone, the Pocket Moggers here and before I begin, I need to mention a MINOR FLASHING WARNING just in case anyone has a negative reaction to flashing imagery. Part of why I don't upload a lot of clips is because old school fighting games have a lot of flashing imagery in them. Anyway, imho, each of these Pokémon has some reason to evolve beyond "it will make them better", although that is also a nice benefit to these evolutions. Several of these choices are Pokémon that had concepts explored in their gameplay that were relatively unique but then abandoned and never again elaborated upon. I think that should change. Some have designs I'm not too thrilled about, but taste is subjective and I mean no disrespect to anyone who likes these designs. What are your thoughts? Do you like these evolution concepts?
