Viking Rhine River Christmas Market Cruise- Part 1: Amsterdam, the Ship, & Dordrecht - Includes Cats

In December, 2024, we cruised the Rhine River with Viking River Cruises. It was GREAT. I'm going to break the trip into 4 parts. In this Part 1, you'll see our time in the departure city of Amsterdam, where we did some things most cruisers wouldn't think to do. I'll give you some views of the ship and our cabin, and then you'll see Dordrecht, a city I enjoyed very much even though it was mostly closed on the Sunday morning we were there. This will probably be the only Winter Market cruise in which you'll also see Cradle of Filth, the Cat Boat, and plague doctors hanging from trees.
