Joel and Malika battle their way through the crazy IMPRO DANCE! ⚡🕺 In the semi-finals of "Let's Dance" 2026, Joel Mattli and Malika Dzumaev face their next big challenge: the "Impro Dance Even More Extreme 2.0". This time, the two have to spontaneously master a fusion of Cha Cha Cha and Slowfox – under maximum pressure. Even in training, it quickly becomes clear how difficult this task really is. Joel openly admits that he has already forgotten a lot. According to his own assessment, he can currently only perform two dances with real confidence – all the others will be difficult. Nevertheless, Malika tries to remain calm and, together with Joel, make the most of the challenge. On the dance floor, the two ultimately deliver a bold performance full of energy and spontaneous moments. Joel visibly finds more composure and confidence, especially in the Slowfox, while the rapid changes in the Impro Dance demand the utmost concentration. Motsi Mabuse particularly likes the more relaxed demeanor in the Standard section. For her, the performance was enjoyable and very well executed overall.
