Hi, welcome to my channel, Bake N Roll. #duocookies #newyorkstylecookies #pangnegosyorecipe #Chocolatecookierecipe #easycookies Ingredients: Chocolate cookie dough: cold butter 125 grams (1/2 cup) brown sugar 75 grams (1/3 cup + 1tbsp) white sugar 55 grams (1/3 cup) egg 1 large (55 grams) vanilla 1/2 tsp all purpose flour 170 grams ( 1 1/4 cup) baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp Cornstarch 1 tsp dark cocoa powder 40 grams ( 1/4 cup) dark chocolate chips 150 grams white chocolate chips 100 grams Chocolate chips Dough: cold butter 125 grams ( 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) light brown sugar 75 grams ( 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) white sugar 60 grams ( 1/3 cup) egg 1 large (55 grams) vanilla 1/2 tsp cake flour 100 grams (3/4 cup) all purpose flour 105 grams (3/4 cup) baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp chocolate chip 200 grams almonds 1/3 cup ( chopped) Filling: ( creamcheese) Powder sugar 60 grams Creamcheese 160 grams Beat creamcheese until it's smooth Add powder sugar mix until well combine Scoop the filling on the tray Freeze for 4 hours until it's solid Note: You can also use nutella scoop it and place it in the freezer before using it. Baking time:15-16 minutes (170°c)
