Megastark! E-Mountainbike-Tour am Wilden Kaiser: Kaiserwinkl in Tirol

A beautiful e-mountain bike tour in the Kaiser Mountains in Tyrol. From Walchsee in the Kaiserwinkl to Heuberg, always heading straight for the Wilder Kaiser and Zahmer Kaiser. You can find more e-MTB tour tips here: https://homeoftravel.de/die-besten-e-... Early in the morning in Kössen, a wonderful view of the Wilder Kaiser and Zahmer Kaiser awaits us. With this view in mind, we head to the e-bike rental. The bikes are already ready. So we can get started right away. Or could get started right away. However, the turquoise-blue Walchsee magically attracts us first. I'd really like to jump in there right away. But that will have to wait. First, we head up to Heuberg, which is already looming in the background. The first few meters are definitely great for getting used to it. It goes uphill on a wide paved road. Then we reach a forest path. From here, it gets a bit more difficult, especially when cows block the way. We boldly overtake the herd. This is how we reach the Hager Alm. We leave the bikes here and have to continue the rest of the way on foot. At the Alm, you can pick up something to drink. It's all on a trust basis, and you can leave cash in a cash register. There's also a restroom. It's located in the cowshed and separated only by a curtain. Interesting. We climb the last 200 meters on foot to the summit cross. The view is magnificent. We look far into the Inn Valley, can see the Zahmer Kaiser, the Wilder Kaiser, the Leogang and Loferer Steinberge, and the Watzmann. And at our feet lies the picturesque Walchsee, shining in the most beautiful blue. We now head back in this direction. And then immediately uphill again on the other side of town. The view is still breathtaking. Being out and about in this setting is truly something special. Only Felix's battery is slowly giving out. Shortly before the finish, he even has to push the bike. The bike simply runs out of juice. Luckily, mine carries me to the Burgeralm. A stop for refreshments awaits us here. We enjoy a delicious snack with all sorts of homemade delicacies and enjoy the snack with a view of the Wilder Kaiser. Fortunately, the bike rolls downhill on its own, so we arrive safely back at Walchsee. And that's where we finally end our time in the Kaiserwinkl region.
