‘Karen’ Yells at World Hula Hooping Champion on Monkey Bars

A woman berating a hula hoop world record-holder as she works out on the monkey bars is being dubbed “Hula Hoop Karen” by the internet. 43-year-old Getti Kehayova was hanging upside down on the monkey bars, doing hula hoop exercises, when her shirt fell, exposing her midriff and sports bra. A woman approached, yelling about how “obscene” this was. Inside Edition spoke to a support group for women named Karen, who are sick of their name being used as an insult.
