The first guitar is a Pinecaster or Barncaster built with mostly Fender parts, including a new roasted maple neck. The body is a Nomoonlaser body made from knotty pine and finished lightly in nitrocellulose lacquer. The episode starts with the guitar fully assembled, but it needs its nut slots cut to the proper depth, neck relief set, pickup height adjusted, action adjusted, and pickup height set.
