Nearby, Lake McDonnell’s Pink Lake offers a surreal splash of colour, especially under clear blue skies. Continue to Rushy’s Balcony for an ideal camping spot. Next, the Head of Bight Whale Centre provides seasonal whale watching and stunning coastal scenery, with free camping nearby. Further along, Lookouts 1, 2, and 3 reveal sweeping views of the rugged coastline, while Bunda Cliff Lookout showcases the sheer limestone walls dropping into the Southern Ocean. The 10 Mile Peg free camp offers a peaceful night under the stars. Pushing further west, Caiguna’s free camp makes for a convenient stop before the last stretch. Finally, roll into Norseman, where the RV Free Camp welcomes weary travellers. Along this legendary route, each stop adds its own charm—from natural wonders to remote camping gems—making the Nullarbor more than just a drive; it’s an adventure through Australia’s wild and beautiful heart.
