When using this app, ensure your phone is connected via Bluetooth only to the motorcycle; having multiple active Bluetooth connections may cause lag and prevent the app from connecting to the bike's system. 2. This app conflicts with the official BMW app; please ensure the official app is completely closed (terminated in the background). 3.
