Pride Rock Brothers Mufasa & Scar REUNITED at Anthrocon 2023 - Lion King Fursuiters

A Highlight of Anthrocon 2023 was witnessing the reuniting of two amazing fursuits and iconic characters, the Pride Rock Brothers Mufasa and Scar! The original owners (and makers of the suits) gave them up during the pandemic and sold to two new owners, Kitwana (Mufasa) and Akyr (Scar). The two lions spent much of the convention performing together, and for the first time in many years, the bros were back together bringing lots of smiles, hugs, and childhood memories to attendees of Anthrocon! As someone who found the furry fandom through The Lion King, getting to be the Brothers' personal videographer and photographer from the moment they first hugged after the Thursday Cruise was truly an honor.
