Three Tips for Taekwondo Sparing for Beginners
Use these three tips/principals to help make your Taekwondo sparring better. •Tip 1: Have and keep a good sparring stance (base) at all times. Feet stays apart and knees are always bent while staying on the balls of your feet. •Tip 2: Maintain appropriate distance during the match. Always be in kicking range before you kick. •Tip 3: Placing your hand in ideal position for TLD sparing, where front hand is lower to cover the middle zone, and the back hand is high to cover the close-range zone.
