Salary of Police Officers and Members of the Security and Order Team at the Grassroots Level | Salary of Police Officers Currently, the support and allowances for those participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level are stipulated in Article 23 of the Law on Security and Order Protection Forces at the Grassroots Level 2023 as follows: Those participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level are entitled to receive regular monthly support money, support for voluntary social insurance and health insurance contributions at the level decided by the Provincial People's Council. Those participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level are entitled to support and allowances when they are sent for training, coaching, and performing tasks assigned by competent authorities or when they are mobilized to perform tasks.
