Minimum Wage
A new minimum wage is expected to be announced in the third quarter of this year. The Labour Division has conducted surveys in all province, expect Honiara, with data shared with the National Statistics Office for verification. Commissioner of Labour, Brown Pwai told SIBC News that once all relevant information is compiled into a report, the new legal minimum wage will be announced. #SIBC News
