29th in the classical order. Repeat 6x. Boomerang is such a fun feel good exercise! It combines the roll over with the roll up/teaser/spine stretch, adding in an arm reach to open up the shoulders. Its one of the last exercises in the classical sequence as is combines so many of the its predecessors! So, no modification here, just keep working on the pervious exercises and build up to it! Tips: press hands firmly into the floor when in your seated forward bend, try to touch head to knees as you reach your ams behind you in opposition
