A few years after we first met at the company where I got my very first designer job in Australia, I finally met my former manager again! We had lunch together and then went to a café, sharing so many stories. I used to even live at her place for a while, and when I first moved here, she taught me so many things I didn’t know. Back when I was dating my now-husband, whenever we argued and I felt upset, I would run to her and talk it out. She always supported me through tough times, and I’m so grateful for that. She even came to my wedding recently to celebrate with me! Now that she’s back in Australia after spending some time in Korea, we had endless things to catch up on. We were talking non-stop while eating, walking to the café, and even over coffee. When I told her about junk journaling, she even grabbed a napkin from the café for me to use hahaha. It was such a happy day, and before I fly to Korea tomorrow, I really wanted to make a junk journal spread to capture this memory!
