Aikido - O-Sensei Morihei Ueshiba - ikkyo

Understanding the principle of non-resistance as one of the core elements of the Aiki in O-Sensei’s Aikido, we can see that O-Sensei, from the earliest demonstrations filmed, displayed this aspect of Aiki in all his techniques. It also becomes clear that throughout his life until the very last demonstrations filmed, O-Sensei kept this aspect of Aiki at the core of his techniques.
