Platinum Jubilee : Pageant [FULL] 2022

Platinum Jubilee 'Pageant' 5th June 2022 2:30PM CARNIVAL & PARADE This is the grand finale to.the Weekends' Platinum Jubilee Celebrations, in London. Whilst other supporters and monarchies had Street Parties and Commujity gatherings, many of us partook in the unique proceedings to mark the milestone, in London. The Pageant shows various aspects of British life in Three main 'Acts', marking changes during the Queen's reign, showcasing Culture, Arts, Faith, Transport, the People, and Music over the decades, as well as other genres are presented. The Pageant starts off with the Military and Services represented with the various Forces bands music provided Cultural variation and diversity are seen with London and the wider country bring home to all nationalities. Lady Godiva is shown, in model form, fresh from the Coventry City of Culture Celebrations. A young 10 year old girl refugee from Syria is also shown in a large scale model form, along with others (ahead of Lady Godiva). British Cars are shown with models seem from throughout the period, including Sports, Luxury and affordable models with.the Mini. More final shots and concluding material nay be posted . Jaguar and Rolls Royce flew the flag amongst the luxury cars represented with other marques.
