Churches & Chocolate Sicily: Must see in Modica

We go to the Province of Ragusa to Modica for some of the most beautiful churches and one UNEXPECTED church in a cave build in the 12th century. Chocolate made for 300 years without milk is a signature of this town. We sample some cool flavors. Plus for lunch we have scacce, a specialty from the province of Ragusa. Later we run into some Sicilian cultural events including music and Sicilian carts.
