GENERATION NONE - The Lost Pilot for the Original Transformers Cartoon

In early 1984, as work on the original G1 Transformers cartoon was just beginning, history almost went down a very different path when Marvel Productions commissioned writer Jeffrey Scott to develop an original take on the series for TV network CBS. This proposed show never came to be, with the cartoon instead being produced for first-run syndication instead, and while the existence of Scott's production bible and pilot script have been known to fans for over 20 years, in all that time, they've been lost media, their actual content a near-total mystery.... until now!
