I've always had some level of flexibility, but i've never had split level flexibility. In this video, I take you through my 30 day journey of split/flexibility training to show exactly how I progressed from average to learning the FULL SPLITS in 20 days!! Just to clarify what is stated in the video, I would do the routine described once a day, and it would take me anywhere from 10-15 minutes depending on how my body was reacting that day. I can't guarantee youll be able to do the splits after this, however if you do exactly what I did, I can promise you will improve your flexibility. Consistency is key!!
