Leon fights his way back through the village with Ashley in tow, when Hunnigan radios and informs him of the lost extraction helicopter, though she cannot determine who shot it down. She informs Leon that there is another airlift being prepared, and that Leon and Ashley must make their way to the set extraction point. Just then, a slew of Ganados catch sight of the pair, and they begin pursuit. Leon and Ashley seek refuge within a cabin, and Luis greets them inside, as he had arrived before. The pursuing Ganados force a holdup between both Luis and Leon and the incoming villagers.
