Gas Cutting Demonstration: 8 inch steel with the Oxweld PM-100 Torch

Cutting thick steel plate is challenging. This video showcases how the Oxweld PM-100 mechanized cutting torch slices through 6.5 inch, 8 inch, and 12 inch steel with ease. The Oxweld PM-100, PM-200, and PM-300 can be used for cut-off machines or shape cutting, and are available in an air-cooled or a water-cooled option. Its post-mix design allows for tremendous preheat, but does require edge or hole starting. The PM-100 is capable of cutting through up to 16 inch mild steel (400mm). For thicker pieces, utilize the Oxweld PM-200 (up to 24 in./600 mm) or the Oxweld PM-300 (up to 40 in./1,000 mm).
