光学分割やってみた (酒石酸ナトリウムアンモニウム)

Using L- and D-forms of tartaric acid, which have mirror-image molecular structures, we synthesized sodium ammonium tartrate and cultivated crystals. We then observed the effects of the structural differences between the molecules on the crystals and their physical properties.
