Capcom's Forgotten VS Fighters

For over a decade now (time flies!), Tatsunoko vs Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars has been one of my favourite fighting games as it contains everything I look for in the genre! Fast paced neutral, high flying combos, and unique character archetypes are plentiful in TVC, but I wanted to examine the fighters who never made it into another VS game. With the exception of Alex, none of these characters appeared in a fighting game after TVC's Western launch (with some of them not appearing in any game!), so I thought it'd be interesting to highlight what they're all about.
