Kicking the week off by getting the crew set up on two neighboring tree jobs, then I head over to meet with a GC we work with regularly to walk through two jobs he’s got us on that just happen to be in the same neighborhood AND right down the street from another one of our jobs too. The crew gets rolling digging patio deck footings on one job, while Davids clawing through solid rock trying to get utility trenches in. Then we flash over to Rhinehart’s where I’m checking in on how things are going with their new online systems and dealing with the constant headache of inventory management of a dealership. In between that, I run out to meet with a customer at the demo job we just cleaned up. They’re ready to build a small home and upgrade the septic system to handle a few RV spots.
