We spend 48 Hours in the BEAUTIFUL Hoi An in Vietnam. This town is FILLED with lanterns, boats on the river and lovely restaurants and bars. It is now one of our favourite places in Vietnam! We release lanterns, wander through the Night Market, eat delicious food AND we also go to Thanh Ha Pottery Village to try our hand at making our own pottery pieces, which was such great fun and the people there are LOVELY! It was Vietnamese Independence weekend, so it was VERY busy! National Day (Vietnamese: Ngày Quốc Khánh) is a national holiday in Vietnam observed on 2 September.
